In collaboration with graphic designer Nuno Beijinho I worked on the the design of a collection of Amulets. These amulets became part of the brand’s visual identity, were used across communications, and as decorative bag charms for the launch of the Amulet Bag. We drew inspiration from organic shapes found in nature, ancient tools, and the bold, oversized style of cartoon drawings. The designs were crafted into various material iterations, including transparent polymer, felt, and metal.
To further emphasize the organic inspiration with a playful cartoon aesthetic, I created a 3D video animation featuring one of the amulets set in a cave environment. The animation was used as promotion for the launch of the Amulet bag and plays with exaggerated light reflections, blending the organic inspiration with a playful, cartoon-like bold feel.
